Whiteman STXDF Hydrostatic-Drive Ride-On Trowel

From $88,500.00

CTA Services LLC supplies and services the MQ Whiteman STXDF Hydrostatic-Drive Ride-On Trowel — one of the most capable concrete finishing machines available for large-scale commercial and industrial slabs.

POWER & DRIVE SYSTEM

Powered by an 84 HP Ford Power Products dual-fuel engine, the STXDF delivers optimum torque for both panning and high-speed burnishing. The dual-fuel capability allows seamless switching between gasoline and LPG — extending run times up to 35% over single-fuel models and enabling operation in semi-enclosed environments. A high-efficiency hydraulic variable displacement pump and radial piston drive motors maintain consistent rotor speeds under varying slab load conditions, reducing stalls and uneven finish. The redesigned interface eliminates drive shaft failures under heavy loads and simplifies service when needed.

COVERAGE & PRODUCTIVITY

The twin non-overlap six-blade rotors deliver a 10-foot (117 in) path width — fewer passes across the slab, faster cycle times, and more consistent results on warehouse floors, manufacturing areas, distribution centers, and big-box retail installations. Ergonomic seating and controls reduce operator fatigue over long finishing shifts.

OPERATOR CONTROLS

Active Speed Control lets operators precisely set and maintain target rotor RPM via a digital interface. The Visual Pitch Indicator displays blade angle on-screen for repeatable panning and burnishing settings. The digital display gives at-a-glance data on blade pitch, rotor speed, fuel selection, fuel level, engine speed, cruise control, and critical engine alerts. LED lighting supports indoor and low-light finishing operations. A retardant spray system provides uniform slab coverage via steering handle controls. Rotor Jog allows safe repositioning without surface marring. Additional operator amenities include a USB accessory outlet and cup holder.

DESIGN

The redesigned welded chassis features a full walk-around deck for maintenance access. An all-aluminum deep-skirted cylinder block provides rigidity, and the 'Set for Life' valve train minimizes engine maintenance requirements. The EPA-compliant combination catalytic converter/muffler system is standard.

IDEAL APPLICATIONS

Best suited for large commercial or industrial slabs — warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and retail pours — where finish quality, coverage speed, and uptime are mission-critical. Contractors doing high-volume or repeat slab work will maximize the machine's ROI.
